Not at all, login into your account and email us or call us at 1800-1800-10 for a replacement during the warranty period.

It's hard to say as it depends on many factors. But a rule of thumb is about a year and a half.
- How long is the warranty on my battery?

Depending on your purchase, your warranty would be either for 12 months or 24 months.
- I've lost my receipt! Can I still claim my warranty?

All your receipts and warranty details are in our system. If you're registered, you can see your warranty list on the user account.
- Do I need to pour water to maintain my battery?

No, all our batteries are maintenance free, plug & play. Just give it a start from time to time if you don't use it often.
